Archimandrite Porphyrios

Fr. Porphyrios Prodromitis wrote more than ten monographs, about fifty sacred Sequences, Greetings and Requests of Saints, and more than twenty articles on hagiology, eccl. More than twenty-eight books of hagiographical, ecclesiastical, historical and portrait content, concerning the history of Mount Athos and Veroia. He presented the life and the wonderful state of Sophia, the martyr Askitissa, in the Monastery of the Virgin Mary in Kleisoura, Kastoria.
